    These three trash bins have been sitting here for a couple weeks. There is nobody who lives nearby. There's also piece of plywood on the ground next to the bins.

    I'm curious as to why these barricades are up around Lake Wheeler and Centennial Campus, near the farmers market and Walnut Creek? I first I thought maybe there had been flooding from the storm. But they're still there. So I'm wondering if something else is going on?

    Southbound on Jones Franklin the left signal set at the intersection to turn onto West I 40 -- The red light at the top of the five works, and the left turn green arrow works, but I think the rest of the lights, or at least some of the other lights in that five set are out. sometimes no lights out of the five are on.
