Overgrown trees and bushes are blocking sidewalk and forcing pedestrians into street.

Vehicles commonly drive on the sidewalk of Wyoming to park conveniently at La Cueva ball field. However, they are putting pedestrians at significant danger by driving and blocking the sidewalk. They are also parking along the entrance of the parks entrance on Wyoming, creating a blind corner where they cannot see pedestrians walking on the sidewalk. I was almost hit by two vehicles tonight while walking my dog. There is a parking lot across the street, so the city to prohibit parking and driving on the sidewalk.
