    Driving through the small tunnel on 28 toward Assembly Sq/Medford this morning, there was a shopping cart in the right lane. looks like it had been hit a couple times already. I barely missed it, was very hard to see with the backlight in the tunnel.

    There is a gap in the fence between the flat top area and the community garden that small children can fit through. Once they get through adults can't get them without jumping fence to garden if they don't know unlock code. Also, we've seen people go in and steal things from garden. Would appreciate if the city could put something there to close the gap.
