The intersection of 4th St SE at Central Ave has no signage and minimal striping as to what lane(s) are for left turns and/or bicycles. Many cars still think this is a double left turn lane onto Central, although the new striping appears to indicate one left turn lane for cars and one for bikes. More signage and paint is needed!!

Even side of the block was not plowed during snow emergency, due to construction equipment blocking the lane.

Four foot diameter pothole that just keeps growing. It is full of sediment from the recent rainstorm, but when dry it’s close to 6 inches deep.

Cars cannot get up the hill on 42nd St and are having to back up and turn around due to slippery conditions on a steep slope.

The electric vehicle charging sign is placed at the wrong parking spot. The sign should be at the parking spot on the end, so that it is located at the right side of the charging station, where the charging port is. Since there is only one charging port at this location, the placement of the sign is confusing. Also, when charging my vehicle I had to stretch the cord as far as possible to make it reach my car's port.
