    There are people living in the garage behind the building. There is also regular dumping of trash, matresses etc. I notified the police several months ago but the problem continues.

    These shopping carts are filled with 500 pounds of what looks like and smells like rotten cabbages. They arrived on the corner of Beech and Suffolk 2 nights ago. At this point I think it is safe to say that their owner is not coming to retrieve them.

    The blue dumpsters in the alley next to the Hadley Falls Trust buildings are overflowing. Again. These dumpsters overflow on a regular basis with much of the overflow ending up in the surrounding neighborhood. Is there a long term fix for these type of violations?
