There is a Pecan tree that is growing in the public verge on the west side of Ashburton Road in Raleigh, across the street from 1207 Ashburton. The tree is about 30-to-40 feet tall and about 25 inches in circumference. It is situated about 5 feet from the city curb and it is leaning at about a 25 to 30 degree angle over the center of Ashburton Road. It seems to be leaning over the street more this year than ever before and it looks like it is a potential hazard to vehicles and pedestrians on Ashburton Road, as well as a hazard to the utility poles and utility lines. Can the City of Raleigh take care of this problem? Thank you.

About 3-4 large bags and pieces of loose garbage have been sitting on the Lorimer Road side of this house for several weeks, between the sidewalk and the street. It's a mess. The house is on the corner of Kaplan Drive and Lorimer Road.

For drivers traveling west on Kaplan Drive from Lorimer Drive, they cannot see the new "Speed Hump" sign because it is hidden by the "25 MPH Speed Limit" sign which is situated in front of it. So the drivers have to brake at the last second to avoid hitting the Speed Hump at a faster rate of speed.

There is a curve to the west of the" Market Place" sign. The sign makes it difficult to see on-coming traffic when trying to turn right onto Hillsborough from Powell. It is even more difficult to turn left.

Last night in the ice storm, apparently a vehicle hit the School Zone/Speed Limit Sign and bent it over at about a 45 degree angle.
