    Cars continue to speed in residential neighborhoods. On residential streets having posted speed limits of 25 mph, cars, trucks, and even school buses travel at speeds of as much as 60 mph. Little children live on our road; and there are pets. I have brought this issue to the attention of the Berlin Police Department, the Mayor, the Police Commissioner; however, nothing is being done. Will it take the death of a child to get action?!
