    Newkirk Ave. Between E. 16 St. & Marlboro Road kings, NY - City Council District 40
    The Newkirk Ave. overpass of subway, Newkirk Ave. between E. 16 St. & Marlboro Road north side of street has been in terrible disrepair for years. The cracks have become craters. Snow is never removed. At night, it isn't lit up and is dangerous to elderly and infirm people to cross. This is the property of some city agency, either MTA or DOT. If this were my sidewalk, in front of my house, there would have been tickets issued a long time ago. For shame, NYC.
