    The timing on the traffic light is screwed up. The left turn lanes on Brook are green when there is no one in them, and cars on both streets seem to sit for quite some time before they can go.

    On Hermitage, from Robin Hood south along Hermitage, there are potholes around a lot of the utilities in the street. These appear to have been cut-out but never filled in after work was done. Mostly in the NB lanes.

    Heading north on Chamberlayne, the left turn signal will not turn green. I sat through 3 cycles here at 1:00 PM today, as left turn traffic strung out far behind me. I eventually went around it and went straight, instead.

    The new signals at this intersection have been under construction for MORE THAN 8 MONTHS! Please have this contractor get his act together and finish the job! They seem to appear for maybe 1 or 2 days per week to work, then disappear for the rest of the week, or more. What exactly is the problem here?? And they work they do is not even as specified on the contract documents. For example, what happened to the "federal green" poles that are specified? The ones in place are bare ugly galvanized steel.

    It looks like a snow plow may have damaged the brick crosswalk at the SW corner of this intersection. This hole is a big tire killer.
