Patch above recent utility work has buckled and rutted, west-bound lane.

Large potholes at intersection, just west of Chamberlayne.

The dashed lines that separate the thru traffic lanes around the Lee monument have faded badly, especially in the SE quadrant. As a result, my car has almost been hit several times by drivers circling the monument in the outer lane instead of going east on Monument as they should. Please install more permanent lines here ASAP, as traffic paint does not seem to last on the paving blocks.

One of the six crape myrtles in the median plot has died. Needs to be replaced.

Large tree at Chamberlayne & Westminister, west side of Chamberlayne needs to be removed.

All of the "splitters" in the center of Westbrook Ave need to be cleaned up. They are all overgrown with weeds.

Westbound lane immediately west of Brook Road - looks like a sunken utility hole.

Developed in a patched pothole from the past winter. Southbound, right lane, just before the Brook road intersection.

The streetlight that is supposed to be located at the top of the flashing signal mast is missing. The arm is there but the light was never installed.

Located in the intersection at a utility repair, NB lanes of Brook.

Old sewer sinkhole in middle of road has re opened, at manhole in front of alley entrance. The manhole here is also rather high so even when the holes are patched, there is a good sized bump.

Several growing potholes here. One is next to one that was patched last year, second is just east of that. Both in the center of the road.

Please include Westwood avenue in this week's street sweeping, especially the center at the splitters and traffic circle. Yes, it has no curbs, but it still needs to be included.

Large dead tree needs to be removed.

The grass at the old Azalea Mall site needs to be cut, along with the plots between the street and the sidewalks.

The divided street medians throughout Ginter Park and Bellevue have not been cut for weeks, and some of the weeds are 2' high. Please cut all of these soon as you can!

Thanks for re-painting the center stripe on Westbrook. However, it appears that the center of the street, especially around the splitters and the traffic circle was not swept beforehand. As a result, the paint in these areas is on the sand that's left over from the winter instead of on asphalt. Generally speaking, because this street has no curbs, it is seldom swept when the other streets in the area are cleaned.
