Sidewalk Walking Resident

    There has been water leaking around the main water line onto this property for over 6 months. At first, the grass around the meter was constantly wet, and now, the sidewalk remains wet at all times. Water is too valuable a resource to have it being wasted. Please help.

    Two pieces of small diameter rebar are protruding above the sidewalk concrete in the rubber that fills the joints. They are on Arnold's south sidewalk approximately 50 feet west from the corner of Farah. There is also one piece of rebar protruding above the sidewalk within about 10 feet of the corner on Farah Dr.
