DMV - Ticket Payment Dispute Archived1099 Harvard St Nw Washington DC - Columbia HeightsI have even contested tickets and been found "wrong" and still responsible for paying these tickets. Being that street cleaning is on the North side of Harvard on Tuesdays, parking is allowed on the south side for residents of this neighborhood, or at least that is what the sign indicates. If this is not the case then this signage needs to be changed immediately.
