    The High St walking bridge is the safest way to connect Maxwell Park to the Laurel District, especially for people on wheels (disabled, strollers). However, the constant trash, dumping and feces smells at the Macarthur end of the bridge make it incredibly unpleasant. Making this waking bridge more accessible would be an efficient and positive addition to the already expensive LAMPPS project.
