By the time I came home at 5pm they dumped again. We need camera's in this area. I can't believe that the city can't catch these people. Please pick up this trash they have dumped.

It's a foul odor coming from this pale of trash. This is so crazy that the city will not put a stop to this. I don't even want company coming to my house because of this. The city come pick up one day by the afternoon its trash right back in this location.

They dump there daily trash on the out side of there vehicles and leave it there. When they are parked on the side of some ones house they do the same thing. Then on top of all that they have a dog using the bathroom on the people's private property. They was living in the broke down camaro, now they are in a minivan parked behind the car or on bernhardt drive. We need help because when people tell them they are calling the police they know that the police is not coming right away, they leave for that day and come back the next. A picture of the minivan is included. We are tired.

They are some people living in they car and now they are having people visit and they are dumping all kind of trash on the other side of the street. They need to be moved out of our neighborhood period. The people that come visit is dumping as well. Its embarrassing to have people come to your that have to see this on they way to foster ave. People living in the car Archived201-209 Foster Ave Oakland, California - Brookfield VillageIt's people living in the car and they are using the buckets you see to use the bathroom kids can't go outside and play because they don't care who is outside they just use the bathroom. They need to be moved out of the neighborhood. They car broke down the in court nearby and they pushed to the corner. The dog they have living in the car with use the bathroom in people yard including mines. We need help to get them out of the area. PLEASE HELP!

I posted this earlier this morning but noticed that the location was wrong. We need cameras in this area i believe its people who live in this area. My main concern is the children who have to walk through this location for school. This is in the same area as the foul oder. Please get this!
