Very large and heavy branches fell on the street. Right now they are moved to the sidewalk to allow the cars to pass. Now they are blocking the sidewalk. They need to be picked up because the yardwaste collectors would not be able to lift them. Pics attached.

There is a 90% dead tree next to my house at 16 Fairmount Way. Every time when we have storm, or even a strong wind, large branches fall. This summer, a falling brunch nearly hit my contractor who was paving the front path. Today, another huge branch fell closely missing my car. Several neighbors have already complained to the City over the course of this summer, asking to at least cut the dead large branches. My next door neighbor Bill Gustin at 95 Presidents Lane, over whose driveway this tree is also hanging, has complained. So did Hannah Keller across the street - at 21 Fairmount Way. I am preparing an official letter this week to the City of Quincy, so that if someone gets injured or killed, or a house or a car will be damaged, it will demonstrate that the City of Quincy was fully aware of the dangerous condition and recklessly and willfully disregarded it.
