I see the owners moved the car from Watkins and Timber, to the corner of Quail and Woodland. I suppose they are hiding it from the police.

This car has been parked in the same spot for weeks. There is no plate and the front end is totaled. Woodview is narrow and this car just adds to the difficulty of driving down the street.
