    there is a third lump all the way across the road that is very charing for my smart car that I have to swerve into the opposite lane to avoid which is dangerous but it's also at the bottom of the hill. almost everyone I see that goes down this road regularly in a small car does the same thing that I do.

    It would be a great help if some asphalt could be poured into the gap to smooth out the transition between the road and the bridge across Edgewood river on Chapel.

    Currently, there is a dip in the road as it meets the bridge. From the bottom of that dip to the top surface of the bridge is about a 4 inch rise, which is very hard for bicyclists or any vehicle less than 3000 pounds.

    Going across it, some stuff I was carrying bounced out and sprawled across the road. Luckily there wasn't traffic as it could have caused an accident.
