    Concave awful utility cut patch next to manhole cover. Bring back city employee who signed off inspection and contractor. Let them watch cars bounce through this terrible patch. Time to hold both city and contractors responsible for terrible utility cut patches. This is a terrible patch. It’s almost as bad as a pothole.
