Doyle St Greenway south of 65th St by the bocce court, a shared micromobility operator placed scooters and bikes taking up 5 out of the 6 public bike rack spaces here.
Other cities have rules that operators may not place devices taking up both sides of any public rack, or any more than half of the available bike parking at any location. I don't know if Emeryville has a similar rule, but either way can you please follow up with the operator to ask that they not do this?

The trail is great but without signage it can be hard to know what street one is crossing, if trying to get to a specific destination.

southbound Adeline at Market/57th, traffic signal did not give me a green light while I waited on my bike in the bike lane, even while northbound Adeline car traffic did get a green
Please fix the signal actuation for southbound Adeline, but also change the phasing so that northbound and southbound traffic always gets a green light at the same time even if nobody is detected in one of the directions

westbound 4th St at Jefferson, the stop letters, line, and marked crosswalk here are all completely faded and need to be restriped
The stop sign is also too far back and needs to be moved forward toward where the stop line/crosswalk should be, and the amount of red curb needs to be increased to at least 20' before the curb ramp
