Emeryville Greenway between 65th St and Ocean, bike repair stand tools missing (except for a flathead screwdriver) and bike tire pump completely gone - if this isn't going to be maintained then it should probably be removed

Please upgrade the Ninth St Greenway crossing of Ashby with a green-striped crosswalk, prohibit right turns on red from NB Ninth St to EB Ashby, and reconfigure the signal phasing to the greenway crossing gets a walk signal phase before the SB Ninth St left turn phase.

Currently drivers are frequently 1) stopping at a red lght on WB Ashby past the greenway crossing, which the green striping could help with, 2) running the red light on EB Ashby after making a right on red from NB Ninth, which the "no turn on red" could help with, and 3) SB Ninth drivers making a left onto EB Ashby past when the signal goes red are conflicting with greenway crossing traffic, which the signal phasing changes to allow the walk signal first could help with.i

Please add a car diverter on the east side of the Murray/Ninth intersection, just west of the Ninth St Greenway crossing.

This greenway crossing has poor sight lines & the added car traffic on Murray from drivers going to and from Urban Ore creates an unnecessary hazard. With the diverter installed on Murray drivers could still easily turn on Ninth to Ashby, and local traffic on Murray east of the greenway crossing could still access the street from San Pablo Ave.

Please add speed humps on Folger on each side of the 9th Street Greenway crossing, and ideally stop signs for drivers before the crossing. Upgrading the flashing beacons to passive actuation like on the Emeryville side would also be excellent.

People driving north on Hollis make the turn onto Folger and continue at speed past the pathway to San Pablo Ave, and aren't often looking for and yielding to pathway traffic.

north side of 55th St just east of Lowell - after a utility job the temp asphalt sidewalk patch was never replaced with concrete - please follow up with the contractor/utility company to have the sidewalk replaced to it's previous condition

north side of 55th St just east of Lowell - when this sidewalk was built years back the approx 20' of red curb ahead of the intersection was never replaced - please fix this and help maintain the intersection daylighting - this is a request to maintain the previously existing infrastructure, it is NOT a new infrastructure request - please do not process this as a new infrastructure request

7th Street just west of the Lake Merritt Channel. A midblock crosswalk was installed in order to provide a safer crossing of 7th St for flea market patrons and an alternative to the often flooded bridge underpath for channel trail users. But some flea market patrons and vendors are now parking along the curb blocking the bikeway on 7th St, and in the street blocking the view of the crosswalk.

Please paint the curb along 7th St red in both directions leading up to and through the midblock crosswalk in both directions to discourage this behavior. "No parking" signage might also help.

north east corner of 59th St and Vallejo - the sewer grate is an old style and not bicycle wheel-safe. These were all supposed to have been updated citywide by now, so please have this one swapped out as well

northeast corner of 62nd St and Vallejo, curb ramp was replaced but the pre-existing red curb was never repainted afterward - please fix
