    northbound Shellmound at 65th St, the pavement on the SE corner is cut down I presume for the curb ramp installation, but no temporary asphalt patch was applied - as is this corner is now full of gravel, through the right turn from Shellmound to 59th St, creating a significant bike safety issue as this is right where people will be riding to make that turn

    Please have the contractor working on the railroad quiet zone project clean up the gravel ASAP and patch this cut along the curb from Shellmound through to 65th

    1-844-249-750) blocked off both the northbound protected bikeway and the east sidewalk during their construction work today, but without an on-street diversion per Oakland's bike/walk construction access guidelines, or signed detours ahead of the closure per CA MUTCD requirements.

    Please follow up with them to make sure this doesn't happen again, and that they have an approved construction access plan for work that can't meet the city standards.2
