    There is a hidden speed bump in the bike lane and crosswalk by Lincoln Middle School. It is an awful asphalt repair job that left a large uneven surface right in the middle of the bike lane. It really knocks you around. Definitely this will cause crashes. It’s a terrible repair job, and also in a crosswalk by a school!

    Pavement mismatch on newly paved transition creates a dangerous lip for cyclists and bike tires. Two of us nearly crashed this morning as it caught our tires and we skidded our. Pavement mismatch on a turn is really dangerous for bikes. I expect many crashes here.

    Hazardous bicycle intersection. The bike route has been reconfigured and is hazardous westbound Embarcadero bicycle traffic. Navigating the 3-way intersection at 5th Ave during rush hour from westbound Embarcadero to northbound 5th Ave is extremely hazardous. The unusual stop sign configuration, high traffic, and the bike lane reconfiguration creates uncertainty and dangers for the cyclist.

    The stoplight to turn left from Tilden Way to Fernside Blvd has a bicycle sensor embedded in the pavement that does not work. The left turn arrow will not trigger, even with my bike directly on top of the sensor and angled to get the best signal. This has happened multiple times in recent weeks.
