    Again. If the city won't remove or cover graffiti, make the property owner do it. It they won't, then cite them. I believe Brown Steel owns this building. They can afford to cover it. This has been here for over a year.

    More gang related graffiti. (North side of the Harmon Restoration building). "Spike" is reportedly a local, validated street gang member who was arrested at some point. If the city can't fix gang graffiti on private property, then please get the owners to do it or cite them for failure to do so.

    This entire section of sidewalk is over grown. One is essentially forced to walk in the street to avoid the branches. The mimosa branches and other bushes need to be trimmed back and debris needs to be removed from the pavement.
