    The alley to the right of 1310 Altamont is badly deteriorated. This alley serves a half dozen businesses and sees much heavy truck traffic. It should be paved, but it would be nice to at least get it graded.

    Huge pile of garbage and tires appeared overnight at the corner of W Clay and Altamont. This is on the same property owned by Chasen Painting which has an open complaint for overgrown areas.

    The alley between 1310 and 1314 Altamont is in very poor condition and has been for a year. This alley serves several businesses including mine which regularly has visitors and media from all over the world. I've asked several times that it be repaired and nothing has been done. Frankly it's getting a bit ridiculous and making the City look bad.

    The alley between 1310 and 1314 Altamont continues to deteriorate. At this point it is basically too rough to drive down in a car. Reported several times over the past year yet the city has taken no action. This alley serves numerous businesses that pay taxes, employ people and otherwise contribute to the economy. FIX IT!
