    Could PW please remove this rogue city trash bin? It appeared, empty and lidless, about six weeks ago It has subsequently been filled by pedestrians. Even worse, i'ssecondaryn use has been as a "stall door" for all of the public urination happening in this alcove

    Ibelieve everyone on this block uses private refuse haulers, so I'm fairly certain it doesn't belong in the neighborhood

    The no right turn on red sign needs to be replaced on the pole on the SE corner of Church and Chapel. The pole was replaced last week after a Dollar General truck took it down, but the signage on the pole wasn’t replaced. Not that drivers pay much attention to it (or the red light for that matter), but now most cars turn right on red here. Not ideal for a busy intersection.

    The lights on this block aren't working correctly. For the past few weeks, the lights on the west side of the street are on in the early evening, but are off late evening through the morning. The lights on the east side of the street haven't turned on at all for the past week or two. By 1:00 am, this block is almost completely dark.
  • Yale University 400-440 College Street, New Haven, CT 06511, USA - Downtown
    The crosswalk button at the NW corner of College and Elm appears to be broken. The button doesn't make a noise or flash in response to pressing and it doesn't appear to ever engage the crosswalk signal. It has been like this for several weeks.
