    This home is not occupied and has numerous code violations. Popping, peeling paint, roof caving in, overgrown lawn etc. This landlord is notoriously awful and has been on the news for his awful practices.

    The sidewalk is BLOCKED and I am a handicapped person who needs to be able to use the sidewalk. This has been the case since the last storm. There are huge piles of branches on the sidewalk to the North of 1 S Rowland and to the South of 3 S Rowland. If this isn't picked up ASAP I will be at the next City Council meeting.

    Sidwalk Alley behind my propety is full of dangerous pot holes. Service vehicles need to have access to this as well as those who use this to park behind their homes. It has been over a YEAR since this alley was serviced. I have called in about this and the next move will be to my City Councilman. I am sick of not getting basic city services.

    I have not seen the grass cut on Belvedere between the street and the sidewalk all season. It is horrible looking and needs immediate attention. Why Richmond can't keep up with the basic maintenance of it's main boulevards is beyond me. The medians are full of trash as well.

    701 W Cary St Apartment Building Richmond, VA - Vcu
    Apartment complex located at 701 W Cary St (corner of Cary and S Pine with entrance to the units on S Pine St) has 4 supercans (some missing lids) on the street outside the side entrance of the building on the 100 block of S Pine St. These cans are a nuisance in that they sit ON the sidewalk and are missing lids so the trash flies all over the neighborhood and collects flies and rats!!! It is my understanding that this building should have a DUMPSTER that is NOT ON THE SIDEWALK as it is over 7 units. I would appreciate your looking into this. Many of my neighbors have concurred.

    This home has been sitting empty for at least three years. It needs to be sold or auctioned off. It is a blight in a neighborhood trying to come back and SHOULD NOT sit empty anymore. Come on City, lets start making homeowners DO SOMETHING with all these abandoned homes!!!!
