    A contractor for PG&E recently performed gas line repair on Capricorn Avenue near the intersection with Florence Terrace. They took out a "no parking" street sign and left it by the side of the road without reinstalling it. This sign is near an intersection that should not have parking because emergency vehicles would have difficulty getting through if there were cars parked at this location.
