This one really makes me mad. I am running up Saint Mary's Street this evening and a man in an electric wheelchair who lives in the Carriage House is stuck on the sidewalk. I stopped to help him out. He was trying to get to the Cat 4 stop on Hillsborough St. The sidewalk is blocked with mountains of leaves and branches - literally mountains. These mountains go way out even into the traffic lane. I risked my life and this man's in the dark to get his sidealk into the street and around this pile of leaves in the dark and the rush hour traffic (this is at 6pm).

Unacceptable on every level. I sincerely hope that you can address administration at Saint Mary's School about this. I can assure you they will hear from me about this. Thank you.
