    A blue barrel was left at the curbside on Lane St. between Dawson St. and Harrington St. during/after a charity walk-a-thon event in Raleigh 2 months ago. Construction workers are filling it up with trash and it is overflowing onto the public sidewalk and Lane St.

    I request that the City of Raleigh please remove this barrel and its contents....soon..
