Broken glass from overflowing trash on sidewalk. Looks like tenants dropped large glass item while moving out, left glass shards everywhere, along with lots of other trash

When possible, it would be great to get the seasonal trash can put out between the benches by the Pomeroy Park basketball court. The games have started back up, so the trash in that area is starting to collect again.
    thank you.

I don't know what to call this, and no, it's not a big deal and will be gone very soon. Still, it's indicative of the type of tenants this property seems to attract. It's been awhile since there has been a blow out party here, but the tenants here continue to be crude, messy, and oblivious of their neighbors. It brings the neighborhood down and sets the tone for other rentals.

a winter's worth of cigarette butts have been uncovered on this lawn. Almost more butts than lawn. this is going to take a very concerted effort to clean up.

oh the irony that in a city with a large Tibetan population the only people stringing trash, errrr, prayer flags from trees are a bunch of anglo suburbanite teenagers. Despite the possible intended purpose these prayer flags are not bringing "peace, compassion, strength, and wisdom" to all upon the breeze. They're just stuck in a tree looking like mass-produced crap purchased at an Urban Outfitters.

The tenants here continue to not clean up after their dog. Already a winter's worth of piles are poking through. When the snow all melts this week the yard will be a stinking pile of melting feces. Guessing there are over a hundred piles of poop in this yard. Yummy.

I first reported this specific bit of trash on Dec 30, and it had already been kicking around the block for a few weeks. It's still here, being blown around the street, picked up, etc. My report was summarily dismissed when the "one thing" was picked up. The point was missed, and obviously the trash was too. I've lost count how many times I've reported this house for trash, and there are many more incidents that I haven't reported. If the issue were just this one piece of siding I would take it to the dump myself. It's not. The issue is on-going disrespect of the neighborhood by the tenants and landlord. I am using this report as a method to catalogue this Problem House. To be clear, I'm not overly concerned with this one piece of trash, I can resolve that myself. I need the City's help resolving the situation with this house, the landlord, and these tenants.

Only counted 11 piles of crap in the yard this morning, so they picked up a few dozen, but the problem isn't stopping.
Serious question: at what point does this become a punishable offense? If I call the police can they ticket offenders given the history?
