Pack of stray dogs most mornings.

Stray dogs on streets harassing people. Several all black and spotted dogs loose on street without collars.

Homeless community in woods. Visible now due to a lack of foliage. Mounds of trash and huts visible from street.

Homeless people living in overgrown weeds and brush area.

Heavily overgrown grass.

Branches have gone uncut for a long period of time and are so lie that it is causing cars to steer into oncoming traffic in order to avoid the branches. Motorist visibility is also an issue with these branches.

A black dog is alive and stranded on the telephone over pass of right side of loop 610 freeway. It is very scared and seems uninjured. It seems too afraid to move.
