    Solid waste at 1245 Judiway continues to work at 9:20 pm with noise excess of 55dba. Diesel engines, horns, air compressors, etc. for 2 hours after my kids are in bed. Some nights this goes on until 11-12am. This is a residential neighborhood.

    The City of Houston Solid Waste maintenance yard on Judiway does not adhere to noise ordinances. It is 10:15 PM, and the sounds of air wrenches, air horns, Diesel engines, and more exceeding 90 dB inside my house. The facility also starts the disruptions at 5 AM. The facility abuts neighborhoods and I have 2 children under the age of 3 years.
