The stoplights at the bottom of the ramp (at Wade and Edwards Mill) now have ridiculously long cycles. This started about a week ago. I live in this area and have to go through the lights several times per day. Today I timed it and sat at a red light for two and a half minutes with no traffic coming from the only direction that had a green light (all other lights were red and had cars waiting). This intersection is now a huge black hole of time. Please look into this!
