    I reported this issue back in August:

    Although the city claims to have had this taken care of, and closed the ticket, the branches still remain. Nothing has been done, but of course in your reports you have made it seem like the city is responsive. This is unacceptable. I have to wonder if you paid the contractor for doing NOTHING.

    There is a pile of pruned branches on the sidewalk that need to be picked up.

    ^ That was my original report. Since then, the City of Richmond has declared that the branches were removed and the ticket has been closed. However, the branches remain in front of my house, over a month after I first reported them. It's bad enough that the city has not done anything about them, but even worse that the city CLAIMS to have fixed the problem when in fact, it has done nothing!

    Please, remove these branches!!
