    Fuse Bistro's at it again. No way a wheelchair can maneuver the two side-walk wheelchair ramps on the corner of Palmer and Middle. Fuse has the outdoor cafe area barriers too close to those ramps effectively blocking the sidewalk for wheelchairs.

    This was reported earlier (a month or more ago) Fuse continues to block the ramps! Someone in City Hall must have authority to enforce the Americans With Disability Act. This is a clear violation. The space between the end of the ramps and the barrier used to delineate outdoor dining area is less than 2 feet. I'll post a picture this evening.

    65-81 Bridge Street Lowell, Massachusetts - Lowell
    I reported this one week ago. Now, I'm not finding. There are three crosswalks marked. Two to cross Bridge St., one to cross French at this intersection.
    However, there is no way to get a cross signal to cross French from either corner or to cross Bridge except at the walk closest to Kearney Sq. When a cross signal is lit to cross bridge st., Traffic on French St get a left turn arrow making it impossible to safely cross to the side of French closest to the river.

    63 Bridge Street Lowell, Massachusetts - Lowell
    The walk signal at this intersection allows pedestrians to cross on the south crosswalk from Kerouac Park to French St. However, it gives traffic on French St. a left turn arrow making it impossible to cross French St. Also, although there's a second cross walk across Bridge towards French, there's no button on that pole. Plus, a walk signal allows traffic to turn left from French onto Bridge making it dangerous to use that walk.

    Tonight, Wed., it's been smelling bad since ~ 5 pm.

    The walk signal indicator is twisted on the pole (on corner of Central and Market). The indicator is not visible when standing on Central crossing to Market.
    The signal has no audio, either. I had to walk south on Central to see the signal. By then the white walk signal was not illuminated and it had gone to the flashing red hand illumination..telling me to hurry.

    No sidewalk anywhere else along the road. A cross walk near the large shopping plaza would be helpful . Now people cross w/o a painted cross walk.
