    The two stop signs that are at the exit of South Mall Arterial & Madison are in rough shape. The lettering on them are barely visible and no longer red. In the last month I have seen two, out of state cars, run through the stop sign and almost get hit. These need to be replaced.

    Eastbound on 9/20 in front of Hoffman Car Wash, is real bad, it is like driving over a cobblestone road. Once the snow stopped and the weather got a tad nicer people washed there cars and the water got into the road and refroze causing the rough road. It needs to be fixed!
