This can has not been emptied in months and is overflowing onto the sidewalk.

Gang tagging on Signal Light Control Boxes

Landscaping, Road Signage and Concrete Rodeo Welcome sign is creating a extremely dangerous intersection for drivers in a normal sized vehicle to make a left turn from all directions...
....Pedestrians crossing in the Crosswalk area are also at a risk of being hit by car drivers who can not see the pedestrians.

There is considerable Litter, Garbage and Furniture on the Rodeo Creek Trail that is being dumped there by people who can drive in on Trail. People can drive in because the bollards are damaged or removed.
..... 2nd part of problem is that the Homeless are distributing the Garbage all the way along the trail.
..... 3rd part of problem is that Contra Costa County is not picking up trash and the garbage cans are over flowing.

Large semi-trucks are parking over night on the designated Rodeo Creek Trail that transverses through the Safeway parking lot at the rear next to Rodeo Creek....
... Part of problem is that the Rodeo Creek Trail yellow line stripping is worn off.

Graffiti tagging on road side of bridge

At the base of the Sprint Cell Tower, located next to the Rodeo Hills Elementary School, is damage to the protective metal shrouding. The damage has left exposed wires and protruding sharp sheet metal edges.

Repair is very important asap due to that school is opening this coming Monday.

Pavement at corner is now a 6 foot radius broken pavement.

Last year it was only 2 feet in diameter.

There is a very graphic obscene drawing in red paint at the the rear wall of Goodwill. There is a zig zag painted red line most of the length of the side wall and on porch railing. There is another graphic obscene drawing in red paint on the side wall near the front entrance to Goodwill.

Moving Truck parked for extended times in a limited parking zone and truck is parked there for so long that oil is accumulating on pavment
