Flys, maggots, mattresses, hard to drive by...too much. Apartment owner needs to be held accountable.

Everytime a kid moves on or out the trash gets dumped, the bins open and flys terrible.

Yard waste where landlord cut trees and branches plus other dumped items from students piling up around trash cans. This is in the alley behind the Ritz Apt (1411 Grove Ave/Harvie).

Pothole reported fixed. It was not, this is today right now. Please knock on door, we will show you. From Harvie Street entrance (100 block), head west toward plum in alley. AT intersection (comes up from Floyd), turn right. You will see deep ravine from run off from apt. It is directly behind 110, 112, 114. We can not get into garage. Alley needs to be graded, filled and new pebbles laid.

Thank you for fixing the entrance to the alley off of 100 block of Harvey. Unfortunately, this is not the biggest pot hole. I will not be able to get in and out of my garage soon, Location is behind 114 N. Harvey (enter alley off of Harvey, turn right at cross in alley. Pothole between Ritz Apt and 114 N. Harvey. Needs grading, dirt, pebbles.

Large erosion ditch forming from rainwater run off from apartment path and drains. Will be unable to access the garage or other cars/service trucks unable to access alley. North side of cross for alley between Harvey and Plum, 100 block right behind 114.

This apartment building is a mess. The trash can are strewn across ally, trash is left on the ground.It is filthy along wal behind cans. tennants do not care andlandlord doesnot enforce. Other apts keep trash area clean. Avalon does not.

Same problem, same apt. (Virginia Lee - The Avalon), residents and management dont care.

The landlord needs to do something about the residents throwing bags of trash, beer bottles and other waste around but not in recepticals. The bins are left to block the alliey and thery are rats feeding.

Apartment renters in the "Avalon" continue to dump furniture in the alley behind the apartment house, blocking the alley. This was acknowledged by the city over 3 weeks ago, no action yet.

third time in 3 months couch and junk dumped in alley

Paving done on N. Harvie helps, but Plum Street end almost un-driveable. Would like to see whole alley paved or cobblestoned.

The trash is hanging on the back gate and is a health hazzard and pest nuisance. The students and apartment manager need to be held accountable.
