    This is the meter in the city lot by the Rockridge Library. On Oct. 7 I filed SeeClickFix request 1343579 because I put a quarter in the slot and it gave me no parking time. I got an acknowledgement but never heard from you again. On Friday Oct. 27 I parked in the same lot and once again it ate a quarter and gave me no time. I looked in your database for request #1343579 and it wasn't there. Would you PLEASE fix this??

    I put 4 quarters in the parking meter at the Rockridge Library lot and it approved my charge but didn't print a ticket. The meter is actually at 5366 College Avenue. You need to put more paper in the ticket printer.

    I use the Clay Street Garage regularly. The card-only payment machine next to the elevator hasn't accepted any of my 3 credit cards since my bank sent me the new "chip" cards. It says "card is invalid." The other payment machine accepts all 3 cards without issue. Would someone please make whatever changes are needed to accept all credit cards at the machine next to the elevator? It would be much more convenient if I could use it.

    I had to use the women's room at the Clay Street Garage on Tuesday 2/9/16. There was no toilet paper in either stall, although someone had stuffed some paper seat covers in one dispense. There were no paper hand towels. I reported this to the attendant who said she had reported the issue on Friday and got no response. This is disgraceful.

    The elevator in the Clay Street Garage has been broken for weeks. I understand you're supposed to fix it. Please get it done. I use this garage several times a week and having to climb 3-4 flights of stairs is very hard on my asthma.
