Clogged storm sewer. Causing excessive puddling at intersection/pedestrian walkway

There is a significant depression/pot hole on eastbound Balls Ford road. The area is constantly wet even a week after the most recent precipitation - it's almost as if a small spring has decided to pop up under the road :( Since water is constantly present, whenever the temperature goes below freezing a 10 foot section of road is iced over.

A pothole doesn't do it justice - there is a sever depression about 10 feet long by 3 feet wide at it's widest, but it averages 2 feed wide. At the deepest part it's over a foot, which causes cars (or busses!) that happen to drive into the depression to scrape the frame of the car on the road (!!) It's also right at a bus stop and it causes significant problems for the bus drivers - it drops the busses low enough to where sometimes they can't even open their doors (!!) I previously reported it through the DC government web page/311 system but they marked it as resolved (!!) within 3 days. It's hardly resolved and with the busses that go through there constantly it gets wider, longer and deeper every day.

Where the road was recently redone to accommodate the new intersection by the Montessori school, on Devlin Road when coming from Linton Hall there is a significant pot hole/depression. Also the road is curved at a weird angle due to the addition of a left hand turn lane - combined with the pot hole people over-correct and drive off the shoulder which is causing significant damage/erosion to the shoulder as well.

The Rail Road Crossing on Ballsford Road is VERY rough, especially traveling from Prince William Parkway towards Wellington Road on Ballsford. It *really* needs to be repaired or re-done!
