4571 Tilly Mill Road Doraville, Georgia - DoravilleThis is an ongoing issue for over 6 months. The refuse company servicing Pull-A-Part; Handy Food Store and car repair shop arrives between 3:45 to 4:15 AM twice a week to service the dumpsters. The driver slams the dumpsters several times on the concrete emitting thunderous noises that awake the surrounding neighborhood. This route can be adjusted to have the service occur after a reasonable hour of the morning. No one enjoys getting up that early if we don't work for a trash company.
