New Haven Green (Upper) New Haven, Connecticut - Downtown
I have never seen the New Haven Green as filled with litter as it is currently, and it has been like this for a couple of weeks. I would be a good citizen and pick up a couple pieces of trash during my transits back and forth, but the trash bins are also filled to over-flowing. I always enjoy my opportunities to walk back and forth across the beautiful Green, but it is making me very sad at present.
  • College Street Between Chapel And Elm New Haven, Connecticut - Downtown
During this several days that College Street has been graded but not yet paved, there are no pavement markings. Out-of-town visitors don't know that this block of Chapel is two-way, and I've seen several almost-head-on collisions between drivers who are mistakenly in the left-most lane and drivers turning right from Chapel.
  • 170 Skiff St Hamden, CT 06517, USA - Hamden
This situation has become even more dangerous this summer. The weedy bushes are so big that a pedestrian on north side of Skiff, crossing over Parkway, must step into lane of high-speed traffic. Area desperately needs a sidewalk for all pedestrians and especially for families with kids walking up from Whitney to Canal Trail.
