A new SMALL tree needs to be planted were the old large over grown tree was removed years ago. I was told a smaller tree, that wouldn't cover our cars again, would be planted there but hasn't yet been planted. Please do so soon! The sidewalk is lifted and is causing people to trip and fall. I do not want someone to get hurt. This is a busy street and people are always walking by my house. My son 2 year old son, has tripped multiple times already, and the last time split his lip! Please either do something about this issue or advise me on how to do it myself ASAP. My drive way entrance, (which is next to the tree area) is also all cracked from the tree roots. The city came a while ago and spray painted all over the side walk but never came back to fix what they did.
