    The tree in front of 65 Hall st is rotted at base and infected with silk worms. I have noticed some trees were removed and replants were put in and wonder if they had similar issue. It causes me to keep car and house windows up but the "web" / silk is so fine it gets in regardless and causes me to find catapillars in my vehicle and is thus a public nuisance. Please look into this, maybe it regrettably needs to be replaced.
