    The grate on the Otis Street bridge is loose. When you step on it, The edge pops up. I walk over this bridge every day with my child and the heavy metal grate finally caught her foot.

    The bus stop in front of the Goodwill/iYo cafe is constantly occupied by illegally parked vehicles. Many are unloading items at the goodwill and see this as a convenient place to pull over. Please enforce no parking here, as the bus cannot pull to the curb, creating a difficult step-up to access the bus in the middle of the street. Many patrons at this stop are elderly and need the curb access for the bus. This is a public safety issue and must be addressed daily.

    This really is about trimming the giant plant (Invasive Japanese Knotweed) that is growing out of the base of the tree pit, not the actual tree. It is growing into the sidewalk and impeding pedestrian access. Please cut it back, this plant comes back with a vengeance every year.

    Sidewalk from Alston St to Cross St not shoveled along McGrath Hwy, creating hazardous conditions as I had to walk in street on major highway. This is deplorable, it is March 9, the only explanation I can muster is perhaps this is state property and that is the reason for the delay. The city of Somerville DPW has been very responsive, so I cannot imagine this was missed if it is city property. There is a bus stop at Alston St and McGrath- it is unsafe, icy and covered with snow along the curb and sidewalk.

    The sidewalks on Hudson Street are blocked because of piles of snow from clearing Fire Dept Engine 7 parking lot. This happens every year. I have to walk with my children in the street to get around it. Please clear the sidewalk path and please do it automatically after every clearing of the engine 7 parking lot. This should not be a special request as it is after every storm. Thank you very much!
