The left/eastbound turn light at curlew/Alt19 should be blinking yellow up until 7am. Every morning I wait to turn at that light and there is zero on coming traffic yet I am forced to wait through at least one traffic signal cycle.

The light fixture for the flag pole at Pop Stancil Park was vandalized and removed from its base. I took the large and expensive fixture with me to prevent someone from stealing it, as it was laying on the grass.

There has been a large red commercial oil truck parking between the street and the sidewalk at the dead end of Tampa Road for about one month. This truck obstructs use of the sidewalk and apparently this small grassy area has become a defacto driveway for its owner. This is definitely creating an obstruction and hazard for drivers.

Eastbound on MLK Blvd in Tarpon Springs between Safford and Disston, the yellow blinking light is activated for school zone in the morning at 7:30 to 7:45 (that I know of, could be earlier And later). The westbound school zone light in the same area is not blinking. Either the eastbound is wrong and it is an inconvenience to drivers or the westbound is wrong and it is a BIG safety concern.

Two couches have been at the curb for over a month on the main entrance into OZONA.
