Grass and weeds several feet high in the back yard

YOU DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM! I reported this a few weeks ago and it was reported as closed but it is not! There is still a broken window along the alley side near 417 N 32nd. This house has been vacant for years, unreachable deadbeat landlord continues to let it slip. You folks are as unhelpful as can be and are using our tax money to provide maintenance and lawn care for this deadbeat. At least you can actually fix the issue. Please secure this house so it doesn't get animals inside of it!

Time to mow this deadbeat landlord's lot again. Might as well schedule it on your calendar every two weeks since the landlord isn't anywhere to be found and you clearly aren't doing anything to get this house to move to a responsible landlord. The weeds will be growing and will need to be maintained. Either you get the landlord involved or keep coming out to mow it all summer long.

These people have a nasty old mattress left in the alley next to their house. Please remove it.

Abandoned house has broken glass all over front yard. Old building permit from 2007 but appears to have had no work done on it. Front yard is very unsightly and unsafe with all the glass.
