at the intersection of charlotte and 49th ave. in front of richland park, the stoplight is very dim and difficult to see going westbound on charlotte, and the yellow light is quite short--i was riding in my friend's car and we both missed the fact that the light turned yellow because of the setting sun behind it, which was complicated by the light being so weak and dim. we got t-boned by a city bus because of this.
