A chunk of asphalt is missing where the curve from eastbound Academy begins onto Eubank. It is at the edge of the gutter and looks to be about a foot long and pretty deep.

I am going to continue making these complaints until the mess at this location is cleaned up. Then I expect that it will continue to keep this property in better shape. I mean, it's been over a year since some of the trash appeared and new garbage is appearing all the time.

There has been old furniture (couch), a mattress and a lot of open bags of trash on this property for over a month Supposedly "resolved" but the stuff is still there. Now the furniture is probably wet from the recent rain. This is an unsanitary health hazard and a dismal eyesore. It seems that nobody may be living in this entrapment now. I will keep reporting this until the mess is cleaned up. I have reported it a couple of times previously with no results.

The limbs of the dead tree were removed this past spring. However, the 12' high trunk was never removed. UGLY. The adjacent tree is almost dead because of no water. This property does not seem to have a definite owner, but I think it is on the NMDOT right of way. (although District 3 denies it). The entire corner needs cleanup/landscaping or something and the tree trunk removed.

Contractor's cut across entire NB lane, about 3 or 4 feet wide has sunk 4" due to insufficient compaction under the asphalt, probably from recent rain. A big sinkhole in the making.

Dead yucca on median. It died and fell over at least 6 weeks ago and has never been removed and/or replaced. This was a big plant.

Dead tree was "cut down" about 2 months ago-only it wasn't. There is a 12' high stump left standing and numerous limbs scattered on the ground-big ones. 2 other trees adjacent to it have not been watered since the PDN overpass was done as far as I can see and they are dying a slow death too. Can they be saved and the big stump be removed soon? No civic pride at this location.
