Unfortunately, I had just closed out this complaint after more than 200 days. The Town had filled the open curb/gutter with small stone which we were afraid might wash away after heavy storms. That is what happened after last night's torrential rains and there is a pile of rock at the beginning of our street at Armory and the problem remains. A bigger, heavier stone would be a better option . . . something that won't wash away with the more torrential rains we are frequently having these days.
